Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your KiaOra piece. If it isn’t quite right, we are happy to help you find the perfect one.

Exchanges
We gladly offer complimentary exchanges for another color or style within 21 days of delivery. Exchanges are our preferred option and are processed at the original purchase price once the item is received and inspected.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

A $15 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from refunds.

Heritage Charm
All Edit pieces that include a Heritage Charm must be returned with the charm in original condition. If the Heritage Charm is not included or shows signs of wear, a $50 collectible accessory fee will be deducted from the refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
